Estereobato (Sterilization of Medical Devices and Techincal Tests) management considers the implementation of an Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of the standarts EN ISO 9001, NP EN 13485, NP EN ISO 14001, NP 4397/ OSHAS 18001 e NP EN ISO/ IEC 17025 is fundamental in achieving an image of excellence, in particular as regards the quality of services provided in this area and good practices of all employees involved in it.

Integrated management system in Estereobato :

	Unconditional support management in the conception, evaluation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
	Unequivocally ensure the safety, legality and quality of services, offering products/ services that meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to its business and the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 13485, NP EN ISO 14001, NP 4397/OHSAS 18001 and NP EN ISO/IEC 17025, through careful observation of market circumstances, in order to systematically adapt the offer to the same requirements, guiding the activity for “innovation for customer”.
	Manage resources through the constant search for the best technological solutions and environmentally friendly, updating and developing the skills of its human resources and observation of working conditions focused on safety and health of employees.
	Ensure environmental protection through measures to prevent incidents, process control and optimization of energy consumption, water and other natural resources and minimization of pollution, with implementation of the best available technologies and proper management of waste produced, sending them for recycling, recovery or disposal by authorized operators.
	Ensure safety by defining and implementing correct work methodologies, promoting the adoption of safe postures and proper use of work equipment by implementing methodologies for hazard identification, risk assessment and management, in order to prevent the occurrence of injuries and health damages of the people under their control.
	Assuming the commitment that all personnel concerned with testing activities within the LAB is familiarized with the system documentation and applies policies and procedures.
